We approach Pyng like a tech company. Our first touchpoint is a call to learn more about your business & hiring needs. After crystallizing your goals, we hand-select candidates based on your requirements. Now it’s time for the “demo” phase. You get to virtually meet & choose who you want on your team. Finally, you’ll onboard them. The whole shabang usually takes 10 days.
What CX systems do you use?
That’s the beauty of working with Pyng! Our integration team works directly with your IT team to integrate any preexisting CX systems. Alternatively, if you don’t have a CX system yet, we’ll set you up with our favorite softwares & make sure you’re up and running in no time. Lastly, whatever privacy policies you use with your current employees will also be applied to Pyng team members as we integrate with your systems.
